FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Essential information about original works, prints, commissions, shipping and purchase conditions.

01

How can I buy an original work?

Original works are handled by direct enquiry. Prices are provided personally and the purchase is completed by bank transfer, with an invoice issued in the buyer’s name.

02

Can I reserve a work?

Yes. Works can be reserved with a deposit equivalent to 10% of the artwork value. The remaining payment must be completed within 14 calendar days from the reservation date.

If the payment is not completed within that period, the deposit will not be refunded and the work will become available again.

03

Do original works include a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Original works include a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

04

Are prints sold framed?

No. Prints are sold unframed unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.

05

How are prints shipped?

Each print is carefully rolled with protective paper and shipped in a resistant tube to protect it during transport.

06

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For international orders, shipping costs, import duties and customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless previously agreed in writing.

07

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are estimated and may vary. They are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to shipping companies, customs or other external factors.

08

Are returns accepted?

Returns are not accepted. Before purchasing, it is recommended to contact the artist to clarify any questions about measurements, technique, colours or any important aspect of the piece.

09

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If the product is damaged during transport, the claim must be handled directly with the shipping company. Once the product leaves correctly packaged, responsibility passes to the buyer.

10

Can colours vary from the photographs?

Yes. Colours may vary slightly between the photographs shown on the website and the actual piece due to screen calibration, lighting and the natural limits of digital photography.

11

Are irregularities in an original work considered defects?

No. Original works are unique handmade pieces. They may show small irregularities, variations in paint thickness or textures inherent to oil painting.

These aspects are part of the nature and authenticity of the artwork.

12

Can I reproduce, resell or distribute a work?

No. All works, designs and images are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Nerea Amondárain Blázquez. The purchase does not grant reproduction, resale, distribution or commercial use rights.
